Mother: Amy SMART (21 June 1872 - 21 June 1953)

Victor was educated at Penrith Superior Public School. His occupation was Warehouseman when he enlisted in April 1916 at Penrith and served in the 9th and 2nd Field Company Engineers. The family lived at Warwick Street, Penrith.

He departed Sydney on the 'Ajana' on 5 July 1916 and arrived in France via England 9 February 1917.

Victor's cousin Roy Darrell Stuckey also served overseas from 1918 and returned to Australia in March 1919.

Sapper Victor Frank STUCKEY was killed in action at Baupaume, France on 10 April 1917 age 18.
